We
get right to work and you get instant results. We take a quick tour and spend around two hours moving items
and identifying changes to be made. Since we work as a team, we get a lot accomplished!
As a part of our service, we also make suggestions for minor repairs,
paint colors, and ways to enhance curb appeal.
If more work or rental items are needed, we will provide an estimate to
complete the job.
Cost is $500 |
For New Construction and Empty Spaces |

We will tour the property,
take photographs and determine which areas should be Staged. Then, we'll provide a quote to handle the entire job
that includes Staging, de-Staging and the cost for rental of all furnishings.
Once we agree upon the scope of the work, we will provide a Staging Agreement.
We require a 50% deposit upon signing the Agreement with the balance due on the day of Staging. Pricing for rental items
is based on a 3 month rental period. Working
within your budget, we can do as much or as little as you like! Pricing varies |
